He and I both have done a lot of ordering from not only Genuine but other scooter companies as well when East Side was open.

I have a great one to tell on Kymco in that regard. Brake pads — you’d THINK KymcoUSA would order enough to have them on hand in SC, for shipment to the dealers, but… sadly, no!
I think I ordered two separate sets for the P250, and both times got the wrong pads — once after waiting for the boat for several months.
