Hey Gang, another multitask fun ride idea: “Gone With the Wind” is being screened this Saturday 1pm at the Franklin Theatre. Weather permitting let’s scoot my favorite back road route to Franklin, catch the flick and freshen up on Civil War costume ideas, history etc. and grab some grub at the Mellow Mushroom in the square and scoot homeward. Who is interested? We could meet at the Turnip Truck 11:30 – noon, grab a snack, head out Granny White to Tyne, maybe some Warner Park action and then back roads to Franktown. This is 50cc comfortable ride. Gentlemen, bring a Southern Belle with y’all.

“Frankly my dear(s), I just don’t give a damn…” it look like the weather is not favorable Saturday for a ride to Franklin and not much interest, so I’m pulling the plug on this idea. Anyone interested in riding Superbowl Sunday?

Ok well there goes that! Anyone want to hang out at the shop and wrench on my GY6? I’m thinking of bringing it back out of retirement.

Hey Mikey, he like it! Hey Mikey Cycle Gear is open 10am – 5pm Sunday. I could care less about the Stuper Bowl so I could get into a ride out to Cycle Gear in the afternoon if you’re up for it. Anyone else up for a Sunday run to Cycle Gear and whatever? My folks have a place on Old Hickory Lake we could raid and if they are there grab some food and drink.

I’ve never been to Cycle Gear, and have no money, but it sounds like a potential plan.
