Ron, We usually avoid having to get on the Interstate Highways . You can find safer routes to where you want to go by going to Google Maps . Put in your destination points then either click on the Bicycle icon , or use the avoid Highways under ”Show options”. Dan

I see a lot of the get togethers are around downtown Nashville. How do some of the scooter owners that live in the outside county’s travel to there? Do they trailor their scooters to the site. Of course if you live close to downtown it’s a breeze.

OK , I admit it . I have a technically challenged ( DUMB) phone from ancient times . I would appreciate if I could join someone with a “Smartphone” that would let me ride with them during the “Game” on Saturday. You still gotta ride defensively and act like everyone is out to kill you. Tennessee drivers are easily distracted and can be pretty dangerous.
“Drive like they’re drunk and you’re invisible” is always the rule.
On your px you’ll get a few questions and a few laughs. Just own your ride and you’ll be all right.

I’ll usually sneak past the arms over by Cummings station for a preds game or if I go to the first. Usually I look for spots that won’t impede public foot traffic or be a spot where a car could park. I’ll meet ya, and let ya hang onto the HTC Incredible 2 for the game. I have no way to mount that or the Nexus 7 tablet, so not sure how smoothly our team will skate, but we’re gonna give it a try!
